> To open the main glass door, you need to place the card horizontally on the intercom, when it opens you will hear a sound.
> The door closes automatically, but for safety reasons, it is always advisable to check that the door is closed.

> The sweet and savoury breakfast, buffet and à la carte, is served every day from 8.00 to 10.00 on our terrace on the third floor.

> The terrace can be used every day from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
A USB socket + 1 power socket are available on both sides of the terrace to connect any devices, Wi-Fi connection is also available (Password: 63452398).
There is no refreshment service on the terrace, unless you have booked the "bottle of wine or sparkling wine with savory snacks" service (description below) or during previously communicated food and wine events.

> To allow the daily cleaning and tidying up of your room, it is necessary to vacate the room by 10.00 am, after which the service is not guaranteed.
> Check-out is allowed by 10.00 am.

> Any damage caused to the room during your stay will be subject to compensation, such as linens irreparably stained with hair dye, makeup, blood, etc.
- A €50.00 charge applies for the breakage or loss of the room's coded key card.

It is possible to book 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds at one of the 2 beach resorts we work with, namely Lido Mediterraneo and Lido Pelikano, both on Pizzomunno beach, reachable with our shuttle (scroll to read the info) or on foot with a 10/15 minute walk.

> The shuttle to Pizzomunno beach is available, to use the service you need to buy a valid ticket for the ride at the reception, the cost for 2 people return is € 5.00.
- Departure at 10.00 from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele with stops at Lido Mediterraneo and Lido Pelikano.
- Departure at 18.00 from Lido Pelikano and Lido Mediterraneo with a stop in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.
The shuttle is also available to take you to the port (return), the cost for 2 people return is always € 5.00.

> When booking or directly at the b&b, it is possible to rent a boat independently or book a boat excursion for up to 4 people with skipper, to visit the coast and caves in the surroundings of Vieste.
It is always advisable to book well in advance.

> By contacting the reception at least 6 hours in advance, in person or on WhatsApp by clicking on the button at the bottom right (Msg), you can order one of the bottles of wine from our cellar (white, rosé or red) or rosé sparkling wine (brut or sweet), accompanied by salty snacks from Puglia (tarallini, olives, cheese), delivered directly to your room on the day and at the time requested or on our terrace from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
All our bottles are produced by renowned Apulian wineries, which represent the Excellences of our Territory.
- Service available for the rooms: Fior di Luna, Bianca Luna, Raggio di Luna.
Cost € 30.00.

> By contacting the reception at least 24 hours in advance, in person or on WhatsApp by clicking on the button at the bottom right (Msg), you can purchase the "Love Package" which consists of:
- One of our bottles of wine (white, rosé or red) or rosé sparkling wine (brut or sweet), accompanied by salty snacks from Puglia (tarallini, olives, cheese), delivered directly to your room on the day and at the time requested;
- A bouquet of 5 red roses with a personalized card, delivered directly to your room on the day and at the time requested;
- Dinner reservation for 2 in one of the most renowned and characteristic restaurants in the historic center of Vieste, with 1 red rose on the table with a card with a short message, for example: "I Love You, Marco". (Dinner cost not included in the Love package).
- Service available for the rooms: Fior di Luna, Bianca Luna, Raggio di Luna.
Cost € 80.00.

> By contacting the reception in person or on WhatsApp by clicking on the button at the bottom right (Msg), you can book one of the restaurants we collaborate with, selected among the best restaurants in Vieste and not far from our facility.

> Towels can be replaced starting from the third day of arrival or from the previous replacement, for example if arriving on Monday, the replacement can take place on Wednesday, not before. Bathrobes can only be replaced with shower towels. Towels or bathrobes to be replaced should be left in the bidet, thank you.

> It is not allowed to hang towels or anything else on the balcony railing or outside the window, please use the special clothesline in the room, thank you.

> It is not permitted to take room linen outside the B&B.
