- Logistics: Possibility to book a private secured parking with dedicated shuttle service or use of public parking (Port area) 700 meters away.
- Check-in: 13:00 - 20:00 | Check-out: by 10:00.
- Pets: Not allowed to guarantee maximum hygiene and tranquility for all our guests.

Your awakening will be accompanied by the aroma of our homemade cakes and focaccia, carefully prepared daily to let you savor the authenticity of freshly baked artisanal products.
In addition to our generous buffet, we offer a freshly prepared à la carte menu: from scrambled eggs with crispy bacon to hot toast, to our signature bruschetta, made with toasted local bread, sun-ripened Apulian tomatoes, and a drizzle of local extra virgin olive oil, flavored with wild oregano.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato a settembre 2025 in questa bellissima struttura nel centro storico di Vieste e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il b&b è stato ristrutturato da poco, è molto bello, elegante e romantico e si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Vieste, a 2 passi da tutto, noi abbiamo scelto la suite con la grande vasca in muratura e la cascata cervicale, davvero bella. Che dire... tutto eccellente, ottima la colazione dolce e salata sulla terrazza della struttura, impeccabile la pulizia ed una nota speciale per la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei padroni di casa "Antonio e Raffaella", che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, escursioni e ristoranti eccellenti dove mangiare. Molto comodo il servizio "parcheggio custodito con navetta" per chi arriva in auto. Ci torneremo senz'altro!!!

Es un B&B en pleno centro histórico de Vieste. Todo refaccionado a nuevo. Con desayuno en su terraza, casi al aire libre. Se accede por escaleras. Habitación pequeña, con balcón a la calle, baño muy cómodo. Ideal para recorrer a pie. Sin parking. El parking mas cercano es el del puerto, a unas 5 cuadras. Muy buena atención. Lo recomiendo

☹ Nachteil der Lage , stadtblick heißt auf die Mauer des gegenüberliegenden Hauses, relativ laut vorallem nachts, bewachter Parkplatz gefühlt weit weg
☺ Wir hatten leider eine Baustelle direkt neben unserer Unterkunft.

☹ There should be WiFi coverage at the check in area of the B&B. It was difficult communicating without my translation program working.

☺ Centrally located with many bars and restaurants nearby. At this boutique property, the room was very comfortable, cozy, clean and quiet. We loved the bath/shower feature of suite 5. The included breakfast on the terrace was the perfect way to start our day. Antonio was wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had. He even assisted in arranging transportation for us as we didn’t have a car. He also had great restaurant recommendations and secured reservations for us. We would definitely stay here again!!

Antonia and Rafaela make this small property, clearly their pride and joy, a most welcoming venue in the very heart of the old town of Vieste. Despite being at a busy intersection of narrow pedestrian streets, the rooms were sound proofed. The rooms are very attractive and the breakfast was tasty. The location is so close to a host of restaurants and also to the very pleasant new town. Antonio was very helpful in making reservations for recommended restaurants for us and advising on activities and where to make our beach reservation. I can recommend the park and shuttle option. The walk to the beach is an enjoyable 10 minutes by a variety of scenic routes. Overall Vieste and the Cinque Lune a great destination and to be highly recommended.
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima grazie all’accoglienza e ai suggerimenti di Raffaella e Antonio che ci hanno accolto con una ospitalità straordinaria. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera deluxe Chiaro di Luna. Molto bella, pulita e accogliente. Ottime le colazioni e le chiacchierate mattutine con Raffaella, come pure i suggerimenti di Antonio sui ristoranti e le spiagge migliori e la sua disponibilità nel prenotarli. Il giro in barca della costa e delle grotte ci ha lasciato senza fiato. Tutto perfetto. Lo consigliamo assolutamente e speriamo di tornarci presto Michele e Donatella

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Le stanze sono stupende, spaziose e curate nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia è impeccabile, tutto sempre in ordine e profumato. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Antonio e Raffaella per il loro servizio impeccabile: gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a farci sentire a casa. La colazione, preparata con prodotti freschi, è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità. Un’esperienza che ricorderemo con piacere e che consigliamo a chi cerca ospitalità di alto livello.

Ottima esperienza avuta in questa struttura ad agosto 2025. B&B situato al centro di Vieste. Camere molto pulite e arredate con raffinatezza. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili anche nel consigliare buoni ristoranti e tour da effettuare. Colazione buffet deliziosa con diverse varianti e dolci preparati dalla proprietaria.
Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti nella junior suite.. che dire fantastica ,romantica e pulitissima. Colazione Top in terrazza, con Raffaella bravissima padrona di casa. Posizione strategica per il centro e per le spiagge. Antonio disponibile per qualsiasi info.. seguite i suoi consigli per i ristoranti. sicuramente da ritornare. a Presto Alice e Pierluigi
Semplicemente sentirsi a casa ma con le coccole di Raffaella e Antonio, moglie e marito che gestiscono questo splendido B&B nel centro di Vieste. Cosa dire, il posto è incantevole e le foto rispecchiano assolutamente ogni stanza. Io ho alloggiato nella camera numero 4, una deliziosa stanza con due finestre dotata di tutti i comfort!! Ogni mattina ho potuto fare colazione sulla terrazza panoramica e Raffaella oltre ad essere stata gentilissima ha accontentato ogni mia singola richiesta!! Consiglio vivamente il loro B&B, io ci tornerò presto per trascorrere altri giorni felici come questi che sono appena passati. Ultima nota ma non meno importante, il transfer dal parcheggio al B&B, Michele. Efficiente, gentile e puntuale. Consigliatissimo!!!
